As a Psychologist and mother with ADHD raising three children, (including one who also has ADHD), I understand the challenges that come with managing a busy household while trying to give children the best educational start possible. My journey has not only been personal but also professional.
I have specialized in ADHD for twenty years; and as a mother, I’ve experienced firsthand the daily struggles of staying organized, managing time, and maintaining a sense of calm amidst the chaos. My personal and professional experiences have provided me with practical strategies and deep empathy for mothers, especially those who are striving to create a balanced and nurturing environment for their families. I’m here to share my insight and support you on this journey, helping you transform your challenges into opportunities for growth and connection with your family.
